My name is Anna. I am a fully qualified, experienced and professional person-centred counsellor.
Although counselling can be daunting, I hope to ease those feelings by offering an empathetic, calming and compassionate space for you to talk, and explore whatever difficulties you are experiencing.
The journey is about you, and I am here to help you to get to where you want to be, offering non-judgemental support along the way. I am here to listen, understand and work with you at your pace to help you to achieve positive change.
Using a natural person-centred approach, therapy will be tailored to you and can evolve throughout our time together.
I have 3 years of experience counselling women within a Womens centre in Halton, working with a wide range of issues including domestic abuse, relationship/family issues, bereavement/loss, trauma, depression and anxiety, and low self-esteem.
I have a background in mental health and promoting good mental health is a big passion of mine. I have experience working for a national Mental health charity in Warrington, providing mental health support services for adults over the phone and in GP surgeries.
I look forward to meeting you soon.
