I qualified as an Integrative counsellor in 2016 and work with both Adult and Teenage clients (14 years +). I have experience working with teenagers and young people in various educational settings, both as a Student Welfare Officer and within a Sixth Form College and Further Education College as a Counsellor.

My comprehensive training in Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Transactional Analysis enables me to tailor each session specifically to your individual needs.

In addition to my Private Practice, I work within the Health and Social Care Sector and alongside the NHS striving to improve maternity services. I also volunteer for a national charity supporting women experiencing Post Natal Illness.

I am experienced but not limited to working with; Anxiety, Depression, Suicidal Thoughts, Post Natal Illness, Disordered Eating, Self Harm, Low Self Esteem, Stress, Grief, Relationship Issues, Anger Management and Domestic Violence.

As a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) I am committed to working within an ethical framework and as such follow the guidelines of the professional organisation to which I belong. I receive regular clinical supervision and acknowledge the requirement to continue to develop personally as a therapist (CPD).

Recent world events have affected us all in very differing ways, if you are currently finding life’s challenges too much, are anxious about the future or feel a little stuck, then please contact me.
