I have been practicing as a qualified counsellor since 2016 in various settings such as mental health charities, NHS services and currently with a private occupational health and wellbeing company. I can educate you on mental health issues and guide you on proven self-help/CBT informed techniques that will help you cope with symptoms such as worry, overthinking, poor sleep, low-mood and low-motivation.
