I’m Rachel Ireland – a Creative Wellbeing Coach.

 

I design and deliver creative activities, that include song writing, journaling and mindful art, proven to enhance wellbeing, self-expression and personal growth.

 

I do this through:

– online and in-person creative workshops for schools, groups, teams and companies.

– a membership programme which includes monthly workshops, challenges and peer support

– a course of 1-1 guided creative wellbeing practice sessions.
